Receivable Analyst will support operational and financial aspects
of the organization by providing intermediate level billing and
Accounts Receivable support to the Accounting department.
Essential Responsibilities
Reconcile weekly field reports to Knomentous
Prepare invoices through Great Plains.
Review completed job packets in preparation for invoicing
Track completed jobs throughout the invoicing process
Update unbilled and billed reports (WIP)
Invoice completed jobs in various external computer systems based
on customer requirements
Work with customer to resolve invoicing issues
Assist A/R Billing Supervisor in reconciling payments from
customers
Assist A/R Billing Supervisor in coordinating collections of
outstanding invoices.
Provide Supervisor, Field managers, and Accounting Dept. with
daily, weekly and monthly Excel revenue reports.
Assist in research of revenue discrepancies for the field
managers.
Assist in Accounts Receivable and general accounting filing.
Ensure that the department's activities are in compliance with
Company's quality standards
Job Specific Knowledge and Skills
Associates, Bachelor's Degree or two (2) to five (5) years of
Accounts Receivable, credit, collections, or customer service
experience.
General knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Great Plains and SAP experience (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with
exceptional interpersonal skills required
Excellent reconciliation and proactive critical thinking skills
Previous Credit and Collections or related experience
preferred.
Intermediate level Excel spreadsheet analysis capabilities (Pivot
Tables and VLOOKUPs)
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
