About the Role:

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of basic custodial, building, and other outdoor maintenance duties throughout the Hidden Valley region.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Achieve outdoor cleanliness by means of pressure washing, painting, trash pick-up, etc.
  • Perform basic reactive and preventative maintenance.
  • Follow a set procedure to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Complete necessary administrative work via a laptop, including communication with landscaping vendors.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

    What You'll Need:

    • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
    • Valid Drivers License required.
    • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
    • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
    • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

      CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Tech position is $24 per hour and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Tech position is $28 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
