Assist customers with product selection and offer expert advice on color and application Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store Stock shelves and ensure inventory levels meet store demands Handle customer inquiries and resolutions Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge Comply with all company policies and procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate retail point of sale systems Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Knowledge of paint products and application techniques preferred Physically able to engage in tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and occasionally climbing ladders Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k No specific certifications required, but training or certification in retail management or customer service is advantageous
