We're looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You'll help us generate leads by prospecting for potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
What You'll Do:You are simply setting appointments for a free hour of coaching. We will teach you all you need to know to be successful in this position.
You will learn how to ask probing questions and overcome objections to create strong relationships with our coaches and clients leading to a strong retention rate.
Primary Responsibilities:
--- Communicate with clients through calls and emails
--- Build a positive relationship with clients and grow customer sales with consistent follow up
--- Utilize and maintain CRM data regularly
--- Answer questions and overcome objections by being an excellent listener
--- Turn feedback into action and self-improvement

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
