Volt is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Rep I at Kent,
WA.
As a Customer Service Rep I, you will:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
Monitor progress of delivery routes.
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity.
Schedule: Monday- Saturday between 0500-1900. This will 5 days a
week and 8 hours shift.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Spanish Speaking preferably
1-year related experience preferably within a call center
environment.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily
resolve issues.
High school Diploma/ GED.

Payrate Range in Between - $17 - $18/hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
