Job Description:
Empire Management Group is hiring Business Development
Associates to help grow our client partnerships in the
telecommunications and technology space. In this role, you'll work
directly with customers and internal teams to build strategic
solutions, support outreach campaigns, and contribute to business
growth through effective communication and sales strategy. What
You’ll Be Doing: Identify opportunities to connect customers with
tech-driven telecom solutions Support lead generation, client
outreach, and territory expansion Translate service features into
business-focused value for small and mid-sized clients Assist with
customer onboarding, product recommendations, and follow-up
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to
improve performance Monitor trends and customer feedback to support
long-term growth
