Medical Assistant Location: Seattle, WA Agency: Pride Health Pay: $27 to $32 per hour Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client's medical facility based in Seattle, WA 98104. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Details: Job Name: Medical Assistant Location: Seattle, WA 98104 Duration: 3-month Contract (Possibilities of extension) Payrate: $27-32/hr. On W2/Pay Rate is based on experience. Schedule: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm / 4 days a week. Job Responsibilities: Take and accurately record patient vital signs and medical history. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Assist providers during exams and minor procedures as needed. Administer medications and injections in accordance with clinical protocols and scope of practice. Collect, label, and prepare laboratory specimens for testing. Provide patient support, education, and reassurance throughout the visit. Manage patient flow to ensure timely and efficient clinic operations. Maintain exam rooms, clinical supplies, and equipment readiness. Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations. Qualifications: Highschool/GED or equivalent. Current, Washington State Medical Assistant Certification/ Registration.
