Job Title RN (Registered Nurse), RN, PCU City/State: Silverdale, Washington Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00-07:00, EOW weekend at minimum, Sat, Sun, Mon have high needs Contract Length: 3 weeks Start Date: 03/09/2026 Job Description: The RN in the Cardiac PCU is responsible for providing specialized care for patients with cardiac needs. The role requires close monitoring and management of patients with conditions such as TAVR and post-cath procedures. Responsibilities: Provide care for cardiac PCU patients, including those with TAVR, post-cath procedures, and more. Monitor and interpret cardiac strips as part of an offsite central monitoring system. Titrate medications such as nitroglycerin, heparin, and cardizem. Maintain communication with hospitalists for patient management. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in PCU. BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS, CRRN, PCCN preferred.
